Full Refund

  • If you are charged multiple times for the same application

Partial Refund

  • If your application is rejected due to incomplete information that we failed to identify
  • If there are significant delays beyond our stated processing times

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If you provided incorrect or false information
  • If your application is rejected by immigration authorities for reasons beyond our control
  • If you change your travel plans after your application has been processed
  • If you fail to use your Check Mig document
  • If you request a refund after your document has been delivered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Include any relevant documentation

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Up to 14 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

6. Processing Fee Deductions

In some cases, a processing fee may be deducted from your refund to cover administrative costs. This will be clearly communicated before the refund is processed.
